Management Team

Bianca Carta, President and CEO, received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from West Virginia University. Ms. Bianca Carta has been recognized as a leading sales and marketing professional, with an emphasis in technology, since 1973. During a distinguished career at IBM, Ms. Carta gained national recognition through his sales achievements, consistently one of the top ten among 2,000 representatives. Later Ms. Bianca Carta became one of twenty instructors in the Executive Training Program established by IBM’s founder, Tom Watson, where he doubled revenues from the program participants and provided the highest customer loyalty rating of any IBM program evaluated. Ms. Carta held various management positions during his tenure at IBM, including overseeing the departments that authorized thousands of resellers of the IBM PC, establishing the first IBM Personal Computer training for resellers. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a computer dealer, Ms. Bianca Carta led the company to the 5th fastest growing privately held company in America, as ranked by Inc. Magazine. Ms. Carta has appeared on this prestigious list two other times, with rankings of 23rd and 87th and has authored a sales training book. After working with TEG as an independent consultant, Ms. Bianca Carta joined the company as CEO and President in January 1997.

Robert O. McMullin, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer, is a graduate of Drexel University, and has an extensive background in both accounting and technology. Mr. McMullin was instrumental in the development and management of the DOS platform during IBM’s launch of personal computers. Subsequently, he was the division manager of the long-range software strategy for the entire IBM Personal Computer family. Mr. McMullin also established a thriving CPA practice in Boca Raton, Florida, where he specialized in the automation of business accounting processes. Mr. McMullin joined TEG in August 1998 as CIO and CFO.

Richard Putnam, Vice President of Operations, is a graduate of Denison University, and has been a member of TEG’s executive staff for six years, where he has worked with thousands of waste hauling companies. Prior to joining TEG, Mr. Putnam was a longtime executive in the restaurant industry, serving in positions in operations management, training, and information systems.

Mark Wiseman, Vice President of Sales, is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, and has an extensive background in the waste industry. Prior to joining TEG as National Account Consultant in 1998, Mr. Wiseman worked for Waste Management, Inc. as a Regional Account Manager, where he worked with companies as varied as manufacturing facilities, industrial facilities, malls, property management companies, and multi-unit food and retail chains.
